Dining Information

Pre-perfomance - On arrival we offer a variety of options, The Long Bar ideal for rendezvous with guests, serving alcohol, soft drinks and appetisers. The Garden Bar situated in the gardens offers a selection of drinks and snacks to purchase on the day(open in fine weather only). Mildmay Tearooms for afternoon tea, bookings in advance or on a walk in basis.  In fine weather we offer outdoor teas with tables/chairs and parasols to shade you from the summer heat.

Nether Wallop - This high ceiling restaurant with exposed wooden beams, offers an informal hot carvery/cold buffet style of service and is popular with those customers who like to decide on their choice of menu on the day.

Middle and Over Wallop - Glyndebourne's first restaurant, set over two floors with a light and spacious Conservatory with 43 Swarovski crystal chandeliers illuminating the dining area.  A three course fine dining menu is available which changes three time during the summer.

Mildmay - Built at the same time as the new opera house.  This restaurant has two raised seating areas and an outside veranda running alongside the length of the building together. During the long interval a two or three course menu is on offer.

Picnics - A long standing Glyndebourne tradition, is to enjoy a picnic within the beautiful lawns.   To save you time and effort we provide everything that you need for a relaxing dining experience.  A choice of picnics are on offer to suit your dining needs, from a traditional picnic to a three course Glyndebourne picnic.
