To support and complement Glyndebourne’s innovative pricing structure for Festival 2013, we are offering three price bands for all dining options in 2013.

Please register your details on the homepage. Once you have registered please log in, then click on Place order from the homepage, select the opera and the date you are attending. Then follow the step by step process.
Table only booking
Bookings can be placed without food or wine choices, it is essential that you update your order at least 48 hours prior to your visit with your food and wine choices.
You can now order your wine using the interactive Wine list. Just click the category of wine you require then enter the number of bottles you would like to order. If you require other categories of wine or other drink please select from the list and again enter number of bottles required.
Our new reservations system allows you to personalise the menu that is placed on your table. Our website will enable you to log the selected menu for each person in your booking. After you have selected the menu and wine choices, on the review page please select 'create party' and enter each of your guest's names along with their menu choices. Your menu card will be customised accordingly.

Order confirmations will be emailed or posted to you following your restaurant reservation.(Orders received less that 48 hours in advance may not receive an order confirmation). Please check that all details are correct, and that the date corresponds to that of your opera tickets. We request that you bring your order confirmation with you at the time of your visit. Table numbers will be advised on arrival at the restaurant.
Amendments to orders will require notice at least 48 hours in advance.
If you are making a reservation on behalf of someone else, please ensure that the reservation is made in the host’s name.

Internet bookings are closed 48 hours prior to the performance date. Payment in full or a £10.00 per person deposit is required to secure each booking.
Every effort is made to accommodate any specific seating requests in the restaurant. Please notify us in advance if you or anyone in your party has restricted mobility, and where applicable the use of a wheelchair, so that a suitable table can be allocated.
Dishes may vary without notice depending on the availability of ingredients.

We are happy to cater for special dietary requirements for which we require details of the allergy or diet and the chosen menu, which our Executive Chef will check for suitability; such requests must be made no less than 48 hours in advance.
Dishes on our menus may contain nuts or nut traces.
There is a reduction of £10 per child under 12 years of age although some of our menus may not be considered suitable for children.
Vintage variations may occur. Should this affect your order, we reserve the right to replace your wine with the next most suitable vintage. All current vintages can be found on this website.
A corkage charge will be levied on all own Champagne or wine brought for consumption on the premises. Champagne at £20 per bottle and wine at £15 per bottle.
A minimum £10 per person deposit will be required at the time of booking. You may wish to pay in full at this stage.
All online orders require valid credit card details, for full advance payment or to make a deposit of £10 per person. You will then be taken to a Sage Pay page to input your credit card details.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and Amex cards
Gratuities are discretionary.
VAT is included in the prices quoted and is calculated at the standard rate (currently 20%)
If you cancel or change your opera tickets, you will be responsible for the notification of any change to your dinner reservation. Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours in advance to avoid incurring a cancellation fee.
More than 48 hours’ notice:
Less than 48 hours’ notice:
50% of total invoice.
Less than 24 hours’ notice:
80% of total invoice.
No show on the night:
100% of total invoice
Reservations made for the incorrect night:
100% of total invoice.
Cancellation fees apply to all services provided by Leith’s at Glyndebourne.
Data Protection: Leith’s Limited/Compass Group collect and process personal information for the purpose of charging for your dining orders within the terms and conditions stated on this page. Your personal information will only be used in this connection and will not be used for any other purpose without your permission. We will not disclose your credit card details to any third party.
Leith’s Ltd/Compass Group process card holder data in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard. However, for added security we recommend payments are made via the website diningatglyndebourne.com. Leith’s Ltd/Compass Group will not retain credit card details beyond the point of payment. Customers are reminded that any outstanding balance is required to be settled on the night.
