Services

To find information on all the services we provide, click on the images on the home page for each restaurant, bar or wine list or use the menu navigation on the left.

Making your Booking

Click on the PLACE ORDER from the homepage, then select the opera you are attending, followed by the date. Then follow the step by step process. You will need to enter the number of required portions against each menu item.

Ordering your Wine

You can now order your wine using the interactive wine list. Just click the catergory of wine you rewuire then enter the number of bottles you would like to order. If you require other catergories of wine please select from the list and again enter number of bottles required.

Payment

You will then be taken to a secure payment form to input your personal details and your credit card details. If you are a registered user and you have signed in, all of your details other than your card number will already be displayed on this secure payment form. All online orders require valid credit card details, for advance payment.

Security

This website uses industry standard security based on a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to protect your personal and credit card details. All payment details are collected in web space that is protected with a Verisign secure certificate.

Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully submitted. Leith's will contact you with in writing once your order has been processed.

Internet Bookings

Internet Bookings are closed 48 hours before the performance date. Please ensure that your booking is for the same night as the opera you are attending.

Picnics

Normal cancellation charges apply for all picnics. A charge will be levied for all picnic equipment and hampers not returned to the Plashett building at the end of the Long Interval, unless porter service has been arranged.

For parties of eight or more, we will set your picnic out on large platters before your arrival at the long interval. An additional charge of £4.00 per person will apply for parties of eight and more.

NB. Picnics are removed from the grounds after the Long Interval.

Special Dietary Requirements and Requests

SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
(V) Indicates dishes suitable for vegetarians.
(GF) Indicates dishes that are gluten free.
We are happy to cater for special dietary requirements; such requests must be made no less than 48 hours in advance.
Our menus may not be suitable for children. Please let us know if you require a favourite meal for any children in your party

Food Allergies

It is essential that we are informed if you or a member of your party have a food allergy. Please indicate this on your order form. Dishes on our menus may contain nuts or nut traces.

Function Catering

The Glyndebourne Restaurants are available for functions outside of the Festival and Touring Opera seasons (November to March). Our team will be happy to assist you. For details please telephone 01273 814566 or email leiths.events@compass-group.co.uk. Room Hire charges apply.

Data Protection

Leith's Limited / Compass Group collect and process personal information for the purpose of charging your dining orders within the terms and conditions stated in this brochure. Your personal information will only be used in this connection and will not be used for any other purpose without your permission. We will not disclose your credit card details to any third party.
