Leith's at Glyndebourne

Welcome to the Dining at Glyndebourne website for the 2010 Season.

The team and I are looking forward to welcoming you to our restaurants once again, both diners whom we have begun to know so well and those of you who have not dined before. It will be wonderful to see you during the 2010 Festival.

We are thrilled with your response to our newly renovated Middle & Over Wallop; we have received some great feedback. The Middle & Over Wallop Pre-performance Tea will be available once again this year. Do visit and enjoy the peaceful and relaxing surroundings of the Conservatory. Furthering our environmental goals, sustainable sourcing is of the utmost priority. We have worked hard to establish food provenance and to this end we are well on the way to ensuring that our berries are sourced from Kent, our meat and cheese are British and our fish is purchased from sustainable sources only.

The introduction of the bin end wine list on the website has proved a great success and will be expanded during 2010. These wines are only available for ordering through the dining at Glyndebourne website.

On behalf of myself and the team, we thank you for supporting our restaurants and we hope that you enjoy once again the fruits of our winter labours. It is certainly our pleasure to be of service to you

'Bon appétit'

Leith's run three restaurants at Glyndebourne: for fine dining choose Middle and Over Wallop, for contemporary style eating opt for Mildmay Restaurant, whilst Nether Wallop offers a traditional carvery style buffet.

Leith's traditional picnic hampers are prepared in the Glyndebourne style, with a varied choice of starter, main course and pudding. The service includes a hamper packed with a rug, tablecloth, glass, china, cutlery and a cool box to keep the food properly chilled until the Long Interval.
