Editing, Amending & Cancelling Orders

Register:

  • If this is the first time you have booked with us via the web site then you will need to Register for Dining (at the top left of this page).
  • Follow the instructions.

Login:

  • If you have placed orders previously, please log in with your email and dining password (if you have forgotten your password click on Set/Reset Password at the top left hand side of this page.
  • Please use the email address which you used to register with us.

Book Now:

Please click on Book Now on the top right hand side of the page.

Table Only Booking:

  • If you would like to reserve a table only at this stage please continue through the order process without entering any menu or drinks choices.
  • Please note a deposit of £10 per person per booking is required.
  • Please add your menu/drinks requirements no later than three weeks prior to your visit (see below for instructions on how to edit your order(s)).

Table & Menu Booking:

  • Select the opera you are attending by clicking on "choose an opera" and then select the "opera" from the list.
  • Then select the Performance you are attending by clicking on choose performance and select date of your visit.
  • If you would like to order Pre-performance, please click the button proceed to pre performance venue.
  • If you would only like to order for a long interval dining venue click the button No, Just take me to long interval Order.

Place Pre-Performance Order:

  • To pick the pre-performance venue click on the arrow on the right-hand side of the venue box and select the venue you would like.
  • Please enter number of guests.
  • Please click the button Proceed to pre-performance menu.

Order Pre-Performance Menu:

  • Please select the food options you would like.
  • Please click the button Proceed to pre-performance drinks.

Place Pre-Performance Drinks Order:

  • If you would like to order drink for pre-performance please select from the options available.
  • You will then be able to choose either Proceed to Long Interval venue.
  • Or If you do not require Long Interval dining then click on the button No, Just take me to review order.

Place Long Interval Dining Order:

  • To choose the long interval venue click on the arrow on the right-hand side of the venue box and select the venue you would like.
  • Please enter the number of guests.
  • Please click the button Proceed to long interval menu.

Order Long Interval Dining Menu:

  • Please select the food options you would like.
  • Please click the button Proceed to long interval drinks.

Place Long Interval Dining Drinks Order:

  • Please select from the options available click on Proceed to Review Order.

Review Order:

  • The page will display all details of your order.
  • Should you wish a copy of your order to be sent to someone else please enter their email address under Organiser.
  • If you have Access, Dietary or Special Instructions please enter the relevant details in the white boxes.
  • For Access please advise us of your requirements: wheelchair access is possible in all restaurants. Mildmay is the most accessible restaurant for wheelchair users and those with mobility issues. If you require wheelchair assistance, to Middle & Over Wallop or Nether Wallop, please inform us when making your reservation. If you would like to dine in a specific area of our restaurants please let us know.(Where possible we will endeavour to accommodate your request). View our accessibility map.
  • Dietary: please advise us of the name(s) of diner(s) with dietary requests together, with their chosen menu. i.e. starter, main and dessert.
  • Special Instructions: if you have any other requests apart from the Access or Dietary please enter them here.
  • When you have finished click on Complete order.

Create Party:

  • If you would like to specify which menu items each guest is having please click on Create party.
  • Please enter each of your guests’ names under Diner 1, Diner 2 etc.
  • Then click on Assign food.
  • For each Guest select which starter, main course and dessert they have ordered.
  • When you have finished click on Complete Order.
  • You will then see the page Order Basket.

Place Another Order:

  • You can select Place another order if you wish to make additional bookings.
  • If you do not require this option select complete order.

Payment Options:

  • You will then be on the payment options page.
  • Please accept our terms and conditions by selecting the check box and select Pay in full now if you would like to pay for all of your booking(s) or select Pay deposit only if you would like to pay a deposit only.

Pay For Your Order Page:

  • Please enter you card details and select Proceed.
  • You will then be on the Complete order page.
  • Which will thank you for your order and display your order number. You will be sent an order confirmation to your email address. If you do not receive an order confirmation then your order may not have been placed or your email address may incorrect. Please click on View and edit Orders on the top left. Here you will see all orders that have been placed, which you can print out if needed. If any of the bookings have an order number of zero then your booking has not been completed please try again.
  • You can select Place another order or return to the home page by clicking on Dining at Glyndebourne on the left-hand menu.

Editing, Amending & Cancelling Orders:

  • Once you have logged in Please click on View and edit Orders at the top left of the page.
  • To print your order please click on View pdf.
  • To amend your order please click on Edit.
  • To cancel you order please click on Cancel.
  • If at any point you require help please contact our reservations department on 01273-812510 between 10am and 6 pm Monday to Friday. From Saturday 20 May 2017, we will be open 7 days a week except for Bank Holidays until the end of the festival.
