New for 2021, Mildmay will serve traditional British cuisine in a relaxing dining atmosphere. The restaurant’s classical approach is both casual and charming and will feature our incredibly popular Fish pie and Beef Wellington dishes, showcasing locally sourced ingredients from Sussex and the South coast.

The informal setting is ideal for diners looking for a comfortable and cosy experience with familiar fare and friendly table service.
