Welcome to Leith's at Glyndebourne

Leith's are proud to be entering our 34th year in partnership as catering agent for Glyndebourne. We are excited to be launching our new website, new-look brochure and refreshed menus for Festival 2018.  Suggestions for less fussy menus are a common refrain in feedback.

Welcome then to new Head Chef Richard Wood, whose experience (including four years at Gordon Ramsay's eponymous 3 Michelin Star eatery), tells us he is just the person to simplify where required, but bring sophistication and unparalleled quality, all in 90 minutes - the duration of the long interval.

In addition to Leith's we have joined forces with Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall and his team at River Cottage. We are thrilled by this exciting association, which aligns so closely with our aspirations for dining at Glyndebourne.

The River Cottage Picnic  is a major change of direction.

The River Cottage Deli offers an exciting retail 'Grab & Go' selection of truly sustainable and ethically-sourced food. This pavilion also contains a barista coffee machine - Something often requested.

To have Hugh's name alongside Prue Leith's, whose association with Glyndebourne is in it's 34th year is something of a coup.
